Children
We welcome families at Shearwater however we, unfortunately, cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age. Children aged 10 plus are charged at the guest rate.
Cancellation and Booking Policy:
Request a 24-hour hold on a villa should you need the time to make your airline booking.
A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to confirm a booking. Full payment is required prior to 30 days of the departure date.
Security Bond
A credit card pre-authorisation of $250 (for a 1 bedroom villa and a 2 bedroom villa) or $1,000 (for 3 bedroom villa The Front Row).
A cancellation within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit. A cancellation at 0 – 30 days prior to arrival 100% will be forfeited.
No refunds are given in the event of a non-arrival due to any circumstances.
Should Government enforcements prohibit travel to Norfolk Island we will provide a change of date free of fees.
We recommend you protect yourself with travel insurance.
